📞 What You’ll Do

  • Sell life insurance policies to seniors (ages 50–85) over the phone

  • Receive live inbound transfers – no cold calling or lead chasing

  • Follow high-converting scripts and sales systems

  • Deliver exceptional service and close business daily

  • Work full-time: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

🌎 Licensing Requirements for Strong Lead Flow

To maximize your income and access high-volume lead flow, you will need to obtain up to 8 non-resident state licenses.

  • This is required to receive a consistent stream of quality inbound leads

  • Cost: approximately $500–$600 total

  • We will advise and assist with selecting the best states for licensing

✅ What You’ll Need

  • Must live in Michigan

  • Active Life Insurance License (resident license required)

  • Willingness to obtain up to 8 non-resident state licenses

  • Previous sales or phone-based customer experience preferred

  • Excellent communication skills and a hunger to succeed

  • Remote work setup:

    • Windows 10 PC (i3 processor or better, 8GB RAM, hardwired)

    • USB headset with microphone and webcam

    • High-speed wired internet (no hotspots or satellite)
