Licensed Life Insurance Sales Agent – $18/Hour + Bonuses ($900–$4,000/Month!)

📍 Southfield, MI | 💼 Full-Time | 🕘 Monday–Friday | ⏰ 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | In-Office Only

💵 Compensation & Bonuses

  • $18.00/hour guaranteed base pay

  • Monthly Sales Bonus Tiers:

    • 20+ sales/month: Earn 50% of the 1st month premium

    • 30+ sales/month: Earn 75% of the 1st month premium

    • 40+ sales/month: Earn 100% of the 1st month premium

  • $2/hour bonus (retroactive for the month) when you hit 25+ sales

  • Monthly bonus potential: $900 – $4,000+

  • Annual income range: $55,000–$75,000

  • Top performers earn: $80,000–$120,000+

🎯 What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound live transfer leads only – no cold calling, no prospecting

  • Sell life insurance over the phone to seniors ages 50–85

  • Follow proven scripts, systems, and training programs

  • Deliver high-level customer service and consistently close sales

✅ Requirements

  • Active Life Insurance License (required) – we may assist strong candidates in obtaining licensing

  • Prior experience in sales, insurance, or customer service is a plus

  • Strong communication skills and a coachable, growth-oriented mindset

  • Must be able to work on-site in Southfield, MI
