📞 What You’ll Do

  • Sell life insurance policies to seniors ages 50–85 over the phone

  • Handle inbound live transfer leads – no outbound prospecting

  • Deliver excellent customer service

  • Follow proven sales scripts and training programs

  • Work standard hours 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday

✅ Qualifications

  • Must live in Michigan

  • Active Life Insurance License (required; licensing support may be available)

  • Previous sales experience preferred (insurance, call center, or customer service)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented

  • Suitable home office setup, including:

    • Computer with Windows 10, i3 processor or higher, 8GB RAM, hardwired

    • Webcam

    • USB headset with microphone

    • High-speed internet (no satellite or wireless cellular services)
